Qualification

Subscribers are eligible for the program if their income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or if they are enrolled in these assistance programs:

Special plans

California Plan

California residents will get unlimited texting, unlimited voice, and 500MB of data. You will receive a free smartphone on the program and you also get 200 minutes of calling to Mexico. The phones offered on this program are usually of the Android variety.

Other States

The plans in other states only give you 100 minutes of calling each month, unlimited texting, and 500MB of data.
